How do I organize an event?

Can you mail our event information out to your donors or otherwise promote our event?
We cannot send event information out to our donors; however we will gladly promote your event on our Web Site, and depending on timing, may be able to list the event in one of our upcoming donor newsletters or other publications.
Can you issue tax receipts for my event?
WCHF follows all
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) rules and regulations regarding tax receipting. It is very important that you understand the rules about tax receipts
BEFORE you plan your event or make any commitments regarding receipting. If you intend to offer tax receipts, this must be approved by the Foundation when your event is pre-approved.
